Booking your place:

It is your responsibility to ensure you give us all the correct information about your child in the booking form and also in the Emergency contact form.

Cost is £28 per session

All bookings are made on a first come first served basis.

​

Paying for your booking:

Places are not confirmed until your full payment has been received and confirmed by us.

​

All bookings must be paid for in advance, using the electronic payment methods. We will not be accepting cash.

​

Cancellations and refunds:

Bookings may be cancelled up to 4 weeks before the start of the scheme and will receive a full refund.

​

If the scheme cannot go ahead, for example, due to a change in Government guidelines, we will offer full refunds for the places booked.

​

Due to the charity status of the scheme, we run the scheme at a loss, therefore if the scheme has to close  during the scheme opening period for any reason out of our control, then cannot offer refunds for the remaining sessions.
