Summer 2024 Dates

Plumpton Activity Scheme will run on the following dates for 2024:

Pay for your booking

You can pay for your booking via BACS transfer direct to the Activity Scheme bank account

Cost is £25 per session

Terms and Conditions

Booking your place:

It is your responsibility to ensure you give us all the correct information about your child in the booking form and also in the Emergency contact form.

Cost is £25 per session

All bookings are made on a first come first served basis.

Paying for your booking:

Places are not confirmed until your full payment has been received and confirmed by us.

All bookings must be paid for in advance, using the electronic payment methods. We will not be accepting cash.

Cancellations and refunds:

Bookings may be cancelled up to 6 weeks before the start of the scheme and will receive a full refund.

If the scheme cannot go ahead, for example, due to a change in Government guidelines, we will offer full refunds for the places booked.

Due to the charity status of the scheme, we run the scheme at a loss, therefore if the scheme has to close during the scheme opening period for any reason out of our control, then cannot offer refunds for the remaining sessions.
